The World's best-selling compost spreader by far, the Landzie Compost Spreader is the perfect tool for easily and quickly spreading compost and other topdressing materials, including sand and soil. Simply fill it up, close the door and start spreading in beautiful, even layers.
This current model has an upgraded, easy-access, 12 inch gate to make it easier to fill the spreader and remove waste materials. A new handle has been designed that allows the length to be changed to suit the comfort of the user. The Landzie Compost Spreader has side clasps to lock the gate.
The Landzie is one of the strongest compost spreaders on the market and weighs up to 2KG more than most other compost spreaders as it is designed to be durable. It has extra-strong, thick mesh which won't get punctured easily or flex so much that it loses it's paint and rusts.

Quality Construction
Featuring an all-steel construction based upon a traditional hand-pulled roller design, this lightweight spreader has a mesh basket with 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch diamond-shaped holes that evenly distributes your compost, peat moss or lightweight topdressing material in consistent layers as it rolls along. The mesh filters out the large compost debris which stays in the basket and doesn't go on your lawn.
Care and Maintenance
Soil is extremely abrasive and to ensure optimum long-term performance and durability, the tool should be thoroughly cleaned and dried after every use, taking care to remove all organic matter. A light coating of oil or WD40 should be applied onto all non-painted metal parts. Any part of the tool that has had paint scratched off should be touched up with any suitable paint. The tool should not be stored outside.
