This is a Dwarf Perennial Rye Grass mix specifically developed to allow for sowing in most months of the year. Where most grass seed require soil temperatures of around 8-12 degrees C, this Cold Start mix will germinate and grow in temperatures as low as 3 degrees C.
Cold Start is a fast-germinating, fast-growing seed mix with high wear tolerance, excellent colour all year round and a high level of resistance to disease.
A best-selling product that is ideal for late Autumn or early Spring renovations, Cold Start is a great choice if you’re looking for a lawn that can be oversown and repaired all year round and where a high level of resistance to pet and foot traffic is preferred.
