This is a premium, multi-seed mix specifically formulated for shaded areas, with a 40% mix of Creeping Red Fescue and 20% Dwarf Perennial Rye Grass.
It is ideal for use in areas surrounded by trees or buildings that cast shade for the majority of the time, but it also performs well in non-shaded areas. Germination requires temperatures from 10 degrees C and the seed mix performs well in a range of different soils. It is also highly tolerant of damp and wet soil conditions.
A fantastic choice for lawns that get limited sunlight but where a top quality finish is still required.
