Description
Assemble your Aerolevel (Step-By-Step)
1. Unpack and Prepare: Remove all lawn level components from the box. Pull out the Lower Handle (A) and Upper Handle (B) from the storage slots on the Level Base (F). Remove the Storage Boots (C) from the same slots.
2. Attach Lower Handle: Unfasten the Handle-to-Base Bolts (D) and set them aside. Position the Lower Handle (A) between the now-vacant mounting holes, ensuring the Pneumatic Strut (E) is facing up. Insert the Handle-to-Base Bolts (D) through the Lower Handle (A) and refasten the nylon Locknuts (G), making them snug but not too tight.
3. Secure Pneumatic Strut: Carefully remove the zip tie from the pneumatic strut eyelet. Once the strut arm is fully extended, unfasten the Mounting Bolt (H) and pull it halfway out. Adjust the Lower Handle (A) so the pneumatic strut arm is aligned with the threaded end of the Mounting Bolt (H). Push the Mounting Bolt (H) through the eyelet and secure it with the nylon locknut.
4. Attach Upper Handle: Insert the Upper Handle (B) into the Lower Handle (A) and turn clockwise until tight.
