Quality construction
Featuring an all-steel construction based on a traditional hand-pulled roller design, this lightweight spreader has a mesh basket with 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch diamond-shaped holes that evenly distributes your compost , peat moss or top layer material as it rolls. The mesh filters out large compost debris that remains in the basket and does not go on your lawn.
Care and Maintenance
Soil is extremely abrasive and to ensure optimum long-term performance and durability, the tool should be thoroughly cleaned and dried after every use, taking care to remove all organic matter. A light coating of oil or WD40 should be applied onto all non-painted metal parts. Any part of the tool that has had paint scratched off should be touched up with any suitable paint. The tool should not be stored outside.
